HPS-Candlestick Draft EIR Public Comments Available
The Comments and Reponses document for the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is now available. It can be viewed here. This document contains responses to all substantive comments regarding the adequacy of the Draft EIR submitted either in writing during the public review period for the Draft EIR, which ended on January 12, 2010, or by speakers at one of the public hearings on the Draft EIR.
